Terms of Use

Accepting These Terms

These Terms of Use apply to every visit to the MarmieHomes website and to any account created on it. By browsing the site, submitting a form, or creating an account, a visitor agrees to follow these terms. Anyone who does not agree should stop using the site.

What the Site Provides

MarmieHomes shares general information about home warranty plans, including the systems and appliances a plan may list and the limits that often apply. The content is educational and does not form a warranty contract, a quote, or a promise of coverage.

Each plan is governed by its own written agreement. Coverage, fees, waiting periods and exclusions vary by plan and are set out in that agreement.

Eligibility

The site is intended for adults who live in the United States. By using it, a visitor confirms they are old enough to enter a binding agreement where they live.

Accounts and Passwords

Account holders are responsible for the details they provide and for keeping login information private.

• Information supplied must be accurate and kept up to date.
• Passwords should not be shared with anyone else.
• Any activity under an account is treated as activity by its holder.
• Suspected unauthorized access should be reported promptly using the contact details below.

Text Messages

Visitors who opt in on the signup form may receive service and marketing text messages from MarmieHomes as described in the consent wording. Message frequency may vary and standard message and data rates may apply. Replying STOP ends messages and replying HELP returns assistance details. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Acceptable Use

Visitors agree to use the site lawfully and respectfully. The following are not permitted:

• Submitting false, misleading or someone else's information.
• Trying to break into, overload or disrupt the site.
• Copying or scraping content for commercial reuse.
• Using the site to send spam or harmful code.
